In a Nutshell

  • I work with late-diagnosed autistic women, highly sensitive people, survivors of trauma, and women navigating challenging relationships, burnout, or questions of identity and self-expression. Many of my clients have spent years feeling unseen, misunderstood, or out of step with the world around them. I provide a compassionate, curious, and nonjudgmental space where you can finally feel heard, understood, and truly known. It is a place to explore your experiences, patterns, and emotions and begin to connect more deeply with yourself.

  • Sessions are compassionate, curious, and nonjudgmental. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and believe that much of the work happens there. Together, we model what it feels like to be safe, understood, and truly seen. I also love exploring all the different parts of you that have learned to cope and protect over time. This allows us to understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions that brought you here and support you in connecting more deeply with yourself.

  • Nope! You don’t need a formal label to work with me. I understand that pursuing an autism diagnosis can be costly and complicated, and it’s not always necessary to benefit from therapy. I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients, and what matters most is your experience and what you’re navigating. This is a space where you can be understood, explore your inner world, and make sense of your experiences without needing a label to validate them.

  • I work with late-diagnosed autistic women, highly sensitive people, survivors of sexual, emotional, or physical abuse, and women navigating challenging relationships, burnout, or questions of identity and self-expression. Many clients also come seeking more joy in their lives and noticing they’ve spent too much time living for others rather than themselves. This is a space where you can explore these patterns without judgment and begin shifting dynamics.

  • I see adult clients in Texas via telehealth. Sessions are typically weekly or bi-weekly, and I offer weekday evenings and Sunday afternoons. We move at a pace that feels safe for you, creating a consistent, compassionate space to explore your experiences and make sense of what’s happening in your life. I check in on the therapeutic relationship frequently to make sure you are feeling comfortable and finding value in our work together.

  • If you’re looking for a place where your experiences are honored, your inner world is explored, and you can finally feel seen, heard, and understood, this space is designed for you. I offer an initial consultation call via video so you can meet me, ask any questions you have, and get a sense of whether we might be a good fit together. I know that finding the right therapist is one of the most important parts of the process, and I deeply appreciate you taking the time to be thorough and intentional in this decision.
